At Diecast Culture, we want you to be fully satisfied with your streetwear and accessories. If your order isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the return form is included inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Attach the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off your package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
